Inventory Reservations allows you to secure incoming inventory for out-of-stock products, guaranteeing priority fulfillment as soon as we are restocked. Our Customer Service Representatives can help secure your reservation, which can then be managed from your S&S account online.
How It Works
Reserve Inventory
Name of reservation (many customers use a PO # for this)
Once your Reservation is confirmed, it will appear in your
Reservation Dashboard, where you can view your Reservation details, cancel your Reservation at any time, and add your Reservation to your cart and complete your order once inventory is available!
Complete Your Order
When reserved inventory has been received at our warehouse, you will receive an email notifying you of its arrival. This email will contain instructions on how to complete your order. You will have 2 business days to complete your order before it expires.
If you take no action 2 business days after you’ve been notified of inventory arrival, your Reservation will expire, and the inventory will be released.
Receive Your Products!
After you’ve added your Reservation to your cart and completed the checkout process you will receive an Order Confirmation email with your order number and all your order details. Now all you have to do is kick back and wait for your order to arrive!
*Pricing for inventory reservation is subject to change. You will be able to see confirmed pricing once your inventory has arrived and orders will be charged at the price of goods at the time of shipment.

No, a purchase order is not required.
Once your reserved inventory is available to ship, we’ll notify you so that you can complete your order. Your account will be charged when the order ships.
Freight is waived for Reserve Inventory orders.
An estimated inventory arrival date is provided on your reservation record. This is the date you should expect to receive an email from S&S asking you to complete or cancel your reservation. Please note that the estimated arrival date is provided by our mill partners and, although we don’t expect delays, it is subject to change without notice.
Move quickly! In most cases, you have 2 business days to add your reserved inventory to cart and complete check-out. If you do not complete your order within 2 business days, your reservation will expire, and the inventory will be released.
We’re not able to modify reservations at this time. Once your reserved inventory is available to ship, you will be able to decrease the number of pieces in your order.
Yes, you can cancel your Reserve Inventory order at any time by going to the Reservation Record and clicking “Cancel”.
Terms and Conditions
Reservations for out-of-stock products must be requested through customer service via phone, chat, or email. Reservations are only allowed for active styles that are out of stock across all distribution facilities at the time of the request. Reservations will not be accepted for discontinued or closeout items. Incoming inventory dates displayed on the company website and estimated ship dates provided at the time of reservation are courtesy estimates only and are subject to change without notice. Fulfillment of reservations is subject to the availability of goods. Customers will receive email notifications as reserved inventory becomes available and must complete their order before the deadline listed in the email and online. Reservations not completed by the deadline will expire and reserved inventory will be released. Reserved inventory ships with free freight in the continental United States, with shipping method at the company’s discretion. All items are priced at the time of fulfillment. The company assumes no liability for delays or failure to deliver due to the inability to obtain the reserved product.
